Streaming in 2008 was relatively uncharted territory. With the Sony Pictures film and television library of content, and original productions preceding both Netflix and Hulu, Crackle rode with the initial wave of streaming services. As the second member to join the creative team, building the brand meant contributing toward any and every touch point, from platform to promotional efforts.

Curating fantasy illustrators, specking paper stock and specialty finishes with commercial printers, seeing rapper '50 Cent' in the office one day — crafting video game identities was an invigorating way to one's cut teeth after graduating from a graphic design program — even if print was on its way out.
